Man Attempts to Fly Home in Speedo

My only issue with this ballsy young man is that he wasn't as hot as this weekend's SPEEDO SUNDAY!

The New York Post reports:

When his teammates dared him to fly home in a Speedo, a brave swimmer took the plunge. Greig Bannatyne — dressed only in flip flops and his barely there swimsuit — was quite the attraction at the Malawi airport in Africa where he was stopped by security prior to his South African Airways flight. Bannatyne explained to officials that he was participating in a charity swim across Lake Malawi with his Mad Swimmers team and that he forgot to bring a change of clothes to wear on both the boat trip and flight back home. “Somehow I didn’t get this memo and everyone else had made sure they had a top and shorts to throw on for the six hour boat trip back. So while we enjoyed our victory beers, I was still in my speedos,” Bannatyne told Caters.

Rather than lend Bannatyne some pants, his teammates vowed to donate money to charity if he agreed to fly home nearly naked. “Immediately we had a security guard inform us that I could not enter like this,” Bannatyne told Caters. “It was on my way to passport control that I was asked by the police a couple of questions. They were very friendly and we went to a room where they were trying to understand what I was doing. Unfortunately as we didn’t have any official papers validating this, they requested that I put my top and shorts on,” he added. Despite being forced to cover up, Bannatyne’s journey earned nearly $2,500. The Mad Swimmers donate all money raised from their events — and hilarious stunts — to charities and orphanages.
