A Russian court ruled that a Ukrainian boy who claims he’s 13 be tried as an adult based on the size of his penis. Tomas, whose last name was not released to protect his identity, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cellphone in March—an accusation he denies.The good news in all this is that if I ever commit a crime in Ukraine, I will be sent straight to juvey.

If he really is only 13, then he hasn't stopped growing yet. And since there aren't any gays in Russia, there are gonna be some pretty happy "ladies" in that prison he's being sent to - not to mention when he gets out.
