London Calling

I'm still deeply scarred by that U.S. Open final, so it wasn't very fun watching a slightly out of it Novak Djokovic take on Andy Murray in the round robin of the Barclays year-end tourney in London.

Fortunately, Murray was back to his old worst-enemy self, and Nole came from behind to win, 4-6, 6-3, 7-5. Meanwhile, Tomas Berdych beat my french boyfriend,  Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, 7-5, 3-6, 6-1. Play for these men resumes on Friday. No matter how this tournament ends, though, Djokovic has secured the year-end No. 1 ranking, just as I said he should/would.

it was obvious in Paris that Novo was distracted because of his father's deteriorating health; obviously he's doing better or Novo has been dealing with it better. the match with Andy was one of the more interesting i've seen...
