Rachel Maddow moderated a discussion about Brown vs. Perry with David Boies and Ted Olson today at the NYU School of Law, and my pal Kevin Sessums wrote a great recap of it on his Facebook wall. For those not following him there, I've posted it on my jump page. Kevin's take on the Republican co-counsel was rather provocative (Olson, you may know, is prepping the virulently anti-equality Paul Ryan for his debate against pro-equality Joe Biden), and the part about "the plaintiffs saying I do" was so moving that I just couldn't resist sharing.
