Not sure the world was exactly clamoring for this, but Broadway.com reports that "Kinky Boots," the new musical by Harvey Fierstein and Cyndi Lauper based on the 2005 film of the same name, will make its world premiere at Chicago’s Bank of America Theatre this fall. After the Chicago run, the musical, directed and choreographed by Tony winner Jerry Mitchell, aims to strut to Broadway. Read more HERE.
