There's a totally fun article in the New York Times about people with "glam" jobs who later reinvent themselves as Manhattan real estate brokers. Elizabeth Harris profiles all types -- former models, ballerinas, porn stars, the woman whose hand poked the Pillsbury Doughboy, Sy Sperling's daughter, you name it -- but by far my favorite is Haviland Morris, who has the dubious honor of having been dumped on screen for both Molly Ringwald -- by dreamy Jake (Michael Schoeffling) in "Sixteen Candles" -- and Madonna -- by not-so-stuff-after-all Louden (Griffin Dunne) in "Who's That Girl."
