A 28-year-old man from Bothell, Wash., keeps showing up uninvited at boys' sporting events around the country, pretending to be mentally challenged, dressed in a random team uniform, doing wildly inappropriate things with kids -- handling their uniforms, giving them massages, asking for piggyback rides -- and the "most disturbing" thing about it to the executive director of the Montana High School Sports Association (where a recent incident took place) is that the man is 240 pounds and "jumping on our young athletes" could "hurt someone"???
