Page Six reports that Debbie Harry purchased a 9-foot painting of a devil-horned baby evolving into a businessman by Walter Steding from W.I.P. -- aka Work in Progress, a SoHo nightclub and gallery. The two go way back. During the 1970s, Steding -- a Warhol star and violinist -- opened for various New York bands, including Blondie. Page Six says Debbie will return to W.I.P. on Tuesday to perform at its Dropout party that kicks off Fashion Week.
