RIP, Edie Stevenson, the celebrated copywriter who wrote the classic "Let’s Get Mikey" ad in the 1970s. The spot won a Clio Award in 1974 and was ranked No. 10 on TV Guide’s list of the top 50 commercials back in 1999, but is far higher in my book. Read her New York Times obit HERE.
