Don't adjust your monitors, kids. Boat Dad -- aka Sloane Briles, the 35-year-old man who threw his 7-year-old son overboard during a sightseeing cruise around California's Balboa Harbor -- isn't a character out of a new John Waters movie, although as my friend John points out, you can practically hear him saying, "Yes, I did it and I'm proud of it." Get a load of this(!):
