'Star' Gazing

I make it a point not to read celebrity magazines on a regular basis -- once you start they're like heroin -- allowing myself to buy a stack of them only when I'm getting on a plane. (With no leg room for my 6-foot frame, I deserve some kind of treat!). But with my next-door-neighbor out of town on business this week and me on mail-collection duty, I found myself in possession of two Star magazines -- "The subscription was a gift from my sister," he defensively said to me, even though I hadn't asked -- so there was no way I could resist looking through them.

Here's what I'm missing:

After being a little out of shape for a couple years, Rob Lowe shows that he's back to being as hot as ever at 46.

Star claims to have the first photo of Kendra Wilkinson's estranged father. Seeing as there's virtually no chance that he didn't molest her as a child, all I can say is at least he's kinda hot in a '70s- pornstar-kind-of way.

Is this the real reason Naomi Campbell is so angry all the time?

Eddie Cibrian just keeps getting better looking each year, even if his dates don't.

Star has photos of the honeymoon hideaway Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher will purportedly use . Can I be the first one on record to say that I'm am just PRAYING a sex tape comes out of this relationship -- I don't know which one is more beautiful!

And finally, the mag tracks down a bunch of our favorite pop stars from the '80s. I don't think any of them have anything to be embarrassed about, but I'd definitely give the overall edge to Belinda Carlisle. Let's hope this puts her incredibly low self-esteem -- painstakingly detailed in her new memoir, "Lips Unsealed" -- to bed once and for all.
