Pot should so be legalized. So...are we worried he might be traded for cigarettes yet? He is afterall incarcerated in Texas!

He was right next door for lunch today. (I know this cause I work where he ate.) Don't think I would be in the same shopping center I was arrested in a few hrs before.
He was reportedly arrested for being in possession of a single unlit joint...so he's a paper Chase. At least when on the road at not at home.
Man...I miss smoking weed.
