Never Can Say Goodbye

It's getting down the wire before Marat Safin bids tennis farewell forever. So it's only fitting that he would do something unexpected in his final weeks on the tour, like knocking out top-seeded compatriot Nikolay Davydenko in the first round of the Kremlin Cup on Wednesday. Davydenko, fresh off his victory at the Shanghai Masters, fell to the former top-ranked Safin, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2. Perhaps not the biggest upset ever, but I'm running out of excuses to post photos of the temperamental Russian hunk.
