Cautiously Optimistic

These last few weeks I've been doing my little part to make gay marriage a reality in New York while secretly thinking it's not going to happen this time around. So imagine my surprise (and delight) when my state senator was quoted in today's paper as saying he "has the votes" make it happen. Can it be? (Daily News)
