
Even though he's sort of been dead in a way for many years, it's still hard to see in print. (Two icons of our generation in one day seems almost unimaginable.) Sadly, I guess it almost had to end this way. (

Everyone is sad....except for Gov. Mark Sanford who got pushed off the front page.
I never believed the old saw about death coming in threes, but I hear that Walter Cronkite is hanging by a thread. That will be a sad day indeed.
