Zac Efron underwent emergency surgery Tuesday to remove his appendix, his publicist said. The 20-year-old actor had the operation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. I've taken the liberty of imagining what his scar would look like on his tight little body. I think it will bring him just the edge he needs to move into more adult-like roles. (AP)
