Love your blog, I don't care how hot this guy is or how good he is, he will always be a sex offender. Thats a shame for him but then again sometims karma can be a bitc*.
I didn't read the article (the NYTimes just makes up stories; they said the Duke lacrosse defendents were sex offenders too) so I don't know if he's a sex offender or not. But boy is he a hottie!
Whatever happened to "judge not lest ye be judged?" Who among us could have his life exposed this way and come out as fresh as the driven snow? As for me, I'm pure ... pure as the driven slush.
If the NYTimes is correct then calling him a sex offender is unfair and wrong.
He was convicted of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass. That's all that stands on his record.
A judge dismissed charges of unlawful sexual contact.
On the other hand the Times quotes him as saying: “What I did that night, I messed up, I made a major lapse in judgment. I was cocky. I was arrogant. But I didn’t commit a crime. I had no bad intentions.”
Its not clear if that statment applies only to the charge of unlawful sexual contact. I think it must because he sounds as though he accepts and works at his probation.
