Faygo Remembers

If you don't know what Red Pop is, don't bother watching this 1970s classic from my true home state.

I love RedPop - faygo was the inexpensive soda at the store near my house, so it is what I could afford when i wanted something.

I don't remember this commercial, though. I must say that The fact that they put, "climb into the tree top", on screen when the lyrics are obviously, "climbing to the tree top," will haunt me.

Growing up in Michigan, I remember this. That was the soda we were allowed to have once a week when I was a kid.

Growing up in Toledo, I loved this commercial featuring the Boblo boat. Faygo Red Pop and Orange Pop were the drinks of choice. Vernors too! Now I live in Detroit.

Keepin' the 'mo in Motown!

I grew up in Michigan and we usecd to have Faygo after little league games. Woo hoo.

Also, I kissed Allison Sherburn on the Boblo Boat!

So, does anyone know for sure who the "Bandleader" is in that commercial?
