Not a fan of music festivals but am tickled to see 'Til Tuesday on the roster for Cruel World 2025. I'm guessing Aimee Mann must be softening in time for the 40th anniversary of the band's hit debut ("Voices Carry") or, as a friend put it, "she ran out labels to sink"(!).
P.S. New Order rules and so great that the Go-Go's are playing. But who the hell are Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and how are they co-headlining?

The Good Son by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds is one of the all time great albums. He's a genius and a true artist.
Wait, who are Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds? Seriously? Been around since 1983, at least 18 studio albums, critical acclaim, sells out tours all over the world.
Hmm. Totally not on my radar.
If you've watched any of the Scream movies, you've heard Red Right Hand repeatedly. His next NYC date is the Barclays center, capacity 18,000, which is about the size venues New Order plays. Check out Where the Wild Roses Grow, a duet with Kylie Minogue. His more recent work is very personal and very powerful.
