‘I'm not upset with this boy’: Dad of 13-year-old Kentucky girl accused in ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ crime spree says he’s not angry at boyfriend
Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and Dalton Hayes, 18, went on a two-week crime spree of stolen cars and forged checks before they were arrested Sunday. Phillips’ dad said he wasn't upset with his daughter’s boyfriend and that the teen just wasn’t ‘thinking clearly.’ Hayes said the saga started as a way to help Phillips escape her abuse family — an allegation her father called ‘completely bogus.’
