Heartbroken to hear that Ann B. Davis -- America's first (and last) middle-class live-in housekeeper -- has died after falling at her home. Just saw Alice on "The Talk" wishing Florence Henderson a happy 80th birthday a few weeks ago and she was as spry as ever. A sad day for Brady fans everywhere.
No word on how cousin Emma is taking the news ...
