Louis Bayard: The advance press for Mariska Hargitay's documentary, "My Mom Jayne," doesn't really convey how smart and complicated and ultimately moving it is. The film's hero turns out to be the late Mickey Hargitay, who made a haven for some kids who desperately needed one.
