His character was kinda the weakest part of "One Day at a Time," yet his giant ring of keys spawned a lifetime of jokes, so it was hard not to love him. One of the greatest moments of my life came when "Daily Show" co-creator Lizz Winstead told me I had a "Schneider thing going on" pointing at my upper lip a few years ago, a testament to the character's staying power. (I quietly grew my beard back.) RIP to the useless super of all useless supers.
