There are many physically unattractive people who are pretty on the inside. And a lot of beautiful people who are ugly on the inside. But it looks like someone went to great lengths to have her outside not match what's in her heart.

I must confess that I am pretty obsessed with "Botched," the show where people visit two plastic surgeons who specialize in fixing procedures gone wrong. Surprisingly, this woman was not on because someone turned her into Droopy Dog.

 I honestly didn't know who this was at first -- Debbie Gibson? Chelsea Clinton? -- but one thing's for sure: Sheryl had more crow's feet when she first hit the charts in 1994 than she does now. Could just be an Uma Thurman makeup job or an overly retouched photo, but definitely not the look of someone who wants to soak up the sun.
