Underappreciated gem written by Goffin-King by Bobby Vee, who died Monday at 73. (I wonder if he's referring to the "baby" in his pants?) Read his NYT obit HERE.

Gerry Goffin, Legendary Songwriter, Is Dead at 75
Sad to read that Gerry Goffin -- who was once married to Carole King and cowrote some of the biggest pop songs of all time -- has died at 75: With a catalogue that includes "One Fine Day," "Up on a Roof," ‘(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,’ it's hard to pick a favorite song. But if pressed, I would say the Shirelles' "Will You Love Me Tomorrow?" -- the greatest cherry-popping song of all time -- would be mine. RIP, Mr. Goffin. You will live on forever. Read his NYT obit HERE.
