It's hard for me to get as excited about Weezer, Matt Sharp or the Rentals as I used to -- "Friends of P" was to-die-for, and Matt's duet with Maya Rudolph was the all-time best! -- but this one is worth a listen.

Song of the Day: 'Not Tonight' by Matt Sharp and Maya Rudolph
I adore Matt Sharp (The Rentals, Weezer) and Maya Rudolph ("Saturday Night Live"). But I don't think I've ever enjoyed anything either of them has done individually nearly as much as their collaboration on "Not Tonight," a cover of the Tegan and Sara song. Maya's an actress, but she definitely inherited the singing gene from mom Minnie Ripperton. Anyone know why they recorded this in the first place? I've had the MP3 for years, but never knew where it came from.
