You think your local officials are morons? Wait'll you hear this doozy. One county councilman where my brother lives in Frederick, Md., actually thought a reporter needed HIS permission to put his name in the paper! Luckily the paper -- where my brother also happens to work -- had a field day making fun of him. (How the GOP will resist turning him into a presidential candidate is anyone's guess.)
