Stopped by the former home of William Faulkner while we were in New Orleans last week. The house now serves as a bookshop mostly carrying classic and local titles. No copies of "Wasn't Tomorrow Wonderful?" -- but lots of first editions of his acclaimed novels!

Was stunned to read that John McEnroe and Tatum O'Neal's son Kevin just published an acclaimed debut novel based on his damaged maternal grandmother, for which signing the deal led to his notorious drug arrest. The New York Times has a great chat with them HERE.

Even more stunned to read Tatum is now into women, although dating John probably has had that effect on more than a few.
