This one's from a little after my time -- 1992(!) -- but was happy Damian introduced me to this gender-flipped cover of the classic Pretenders single. Some of you may recall that Suede frontman Brett Anderson famously said that he was "a bisexual man who never had a homosexual experience," which would probably get him canceled today for gay-baiting, or something.
