Birthday Gifts

My friend Mark always comes up with the best presents, and this year's DVD birthday combo was no exception.


First up was "Dieux du Stade: Making of 2005 Calendar." (He opted for the 2005 edition over this year's because it was better-reviewed and he'd already seen how hot it was.) I've never seen anything like this: These French rugby players are so ridiculously beautiful that by the time it was half over I'd almost had enough. (OK, we get it -- you're all genetic freaks of nature with adorable faces, gorgeous bubble butts and huge c**ks!) OK, so maybe it wasn't so bad to watch ... (watch the ad above).


The other gift was "Guys Gone Wild: Spring Break Explosion." If you're anything like me, you've watched those "Girls Gone Wild" ads all of these years and thought how stupid they looked. Why watch some drunk idiots lift their tops up for two seconds when you could just as easily watch a real porno. But then I got this DVD of guys and had a slightly better appreciation of it all. Sure you could "see a lot more" elsewhere, but there is something fun/voyeuristic about watching real guys get naked and act silly on camera, as opposed to watching paid skanks. Although this isn't the kind of thing you'd probably watch more than once, it's the perfect thing to have on in a bar or in the background at a party.
