"David's Friend," Nora Burns's love letter to the late city of New York and her best pal she ran away from Massachusetts with who succumbs to AIDS, has been extended at The Theater at La Mama. The show is getting great reviews -- for those who lived through the plague it's a cathartic reminder how so many of us "danced in the face of death" -- including this rave from Boy Culture's Matthew Rettenmund.
