The F Train: A foot-licking pervert was identified by four more victims yesterday as the man who fondled their feet on New York subway trains, cops said. He was charged last week after he was identified by nine women who told cops he forcefully grabbed them as they rode trains and slobbered on their feet. He has since confessed to attacking more than 70 women across the city and worshipping their feet against their will. (NYP)
