Night 'Line'

I have to say, because I live near the part that's been open for years, I wasn't that ramped up about seeing the newly opened final phase of the High Line. But what a thrill it wasn't opening weekend to use it to walk home from Hell's Kitchen at night, where the striking light designs and nearby high rises -- something we don't have in Chelsea -- make a whole new experience.
