The Rape World

Tonya Cooley of "The Real World: Chicago" has filed a lawsuit against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions and co-stars Kenny Santucci (above) and Evan Starkman, alleging that she was sexually abused by the two men with a toothbrush, and that the show's producers did nothing to stop it. This is fucked up, of course, but didn't we learn over the summer that MTV's "Real World" contract explicitly states that you could be subjected to "non-consensual physical contact" and that MTV is not responsible?
