JFK Jr.: Gone Too Soon
Today is my mom's 70th birthday (Happy Birthday, Mom! impossible to believe -- she'll always be 38 to me!) and, as Chexy reminds us, would have been John F. Kennedy Jr.'s 51. They say people my age always remember where they were when they found out Kurt Cobain died. But to me -- and many people I know -- John John's passing was the death of our innocence. How could something so awful happen to someone who was so beautiful and seemed to be so good? Hadn't his family been through enough? Chexy found this sizzler of a photo for his post. My John F. Kennedy Jr.: Boxers or Briefs? post, however, remains one of my most popular. See it HERE.
Movember Musings
Movember man Jordan Gildersleeve is back with a new video -- he's undergone knee surgery but is "sourcing strength from his 'stache," which is coming in nicely -- and wants the ladies to not be so jealous of the male bonding the guys are experiencing this most 'stache-tastic time of year. Watch here:

Novak Djokovic Loses His Shirt ... Again
Novak Djokovic seems to be doing everything in his power to get eliminated from the year-end tournment in London -- he's now lost to David Ferrer and Janko Tipsarevic -- yet Tomas Berdych still must beat David Ferrer in today's late match to be sure the world No. 1 goes home. (How do you say "What do I have to do to get out of this place?" in Serbian?) As I've said before, I don't think these year-end events are indicative of much -- everyone is exhausted and the No. 1 ranking for the year has long been decided. But for Nole to go from nearly unbeatable to lose to two people he never loses to -- plus a third in Switzerland a couple weeks ago-- it does have me wondering if he will have anything close to the confidence he had last year once the official season begins again in January Down Under.Boswell in the (212)
