I don't think there're opportunistic as mach as she had little market share around here and now the stores need products to fill the gap and are giving here a chance. In my store yesterday, her section went from 4 products to about 15.
I really want some swiss rolls now...
Yeah, there are a few companies who have been poised to take over the shelves Hostess is abandoning. Our local liquor store has always had Little Debbie and not Hostess. Tastykakes has also had a similar lineup but has limited availability. Frankly I haven't eaten any of this stuff for more than 20 years so no big loss for me, I just feel bad for the employees.
