The artist could have at least painted them all from the same time period. That's definitely Mrs. G circa Season 1, as evidenced by her weight, while the girls are a range of ages -- Tootie and Blair look like they do from the earlier seasons, while Jo and Natalie look like do from the later seasons.
I love that Christine Taylor looks more like Marcia Brady in my mind than Maureen McCormick ever did -- kind of like when Cher guest-starred...
