I might be in the minority here but he is seriously UNcute - yuck.
His face, to me, almost looks somehow deformed or misshapen.
I happen to work in the same office as this guy. I agree, the photos of his face are unflattering. In person, he is actually much more attractive than these pictures indicate. I think in these photos, he is a victim of bad lighting and hair styling. I must say, it is odd to see this 6-foot piece of man-candy walking around a staid old insurance company that includes many older, conservative-looking people.
