The Daily News reports that the former home of Life Cafe in Alphabet City -- where Jonathan Larson reportedly wrote a lot of the Broadway behemoth "Rent" -- is now up for rent. Who wants to open a coffee joint with me? I hear you can get a good deal on a five-hundred-twenty-five-thousand-six-hundred minute lease.
