Supposedly Bradley Cooper is filming the screen adaptation of Matthew Quick's novel "The Silver Linings Playbook." But based on the outfit, I'd swear he was playing a young Kenny Walsh, who in 1983 "daringly" ventured to Carl's Junior on Dobson Ranch in a vest fashioned from a garbage bag.
