A big weekend for Djokovic, Korda and others. Full report plus all the ATP beef that's fit to post BELOW
Sebastian Korda completed a father-son* double Sunday night in the Citi DC Open for his second ATP Tour title. Thirty-two years after father Petr won the then-Sovran Bank Classic in 1992, the fourth-seeded Korda beat 10th-seeded Flavio Cobolli of Italy 4-6, 6-2, 6-0. They are the first father-son tandem to win the same ATP Tour event, while Frieda is the first person to win the same tournament as Mom.
*Or is he nonbinary?
Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow won the men's doubles title in DC, defeating Rafael Matos and Marcelo Melo in the final, 7–5, 6–3. It was Lammons and Withrow's second title in two weeks.
And Paula Badosa won the DC women's singles crown on Sunday for her first victory following a back injury. The Spaniard beat Marie Bouzkova of the Czech Republic 6-1, 4-6, 6-4.
Weekly reminder: But she still left this trophy on the table
