I loved this song when I was in college -- they played in all the gay dance spots in Phoenix -- and would have thought it was a Top 10 hit. Shockingly, it peaked at No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100, although I think I'm onto something: Wikipedia confirms that it was indeed certified gold despite its modest chart success.
