A federal judge ruled Thursday that Mississippi’s ban on same-sex couples adopting children is unconstitutional, making gay adoption legal in all 50 states. It should come as no surprise to anyone that Mississippi was the final holdout: The "Hospitality" State only officially amended its constitutional to outlaw slavery in 2013.
Now to stop that new anti-LGBT bill, which claims women can be fired for wearing pants. (Sigh.)
