Jessica Albitz was arrested Tuesday on an assault charge for landing the vicious blow on Jackson Hewitt employee Alice Keener inside a La Porte, Tex., Wal-Mart earlier this month. The video went viral and got Albitz banned from that Wal-Mart store.
