    Ever try Bleu Mac? Add a little Bleu Cheese (a little goes a long way -- bc has a lot of flavor) to a regular Mac & Cheese recipe.

    Thanks! I'd add the lobster mac 'n cheese at Nage, in DC, to his list. Only problem is that it's so rich, I can only binge on it once or twice a year.
