Song of the Day: 'Total Control' by the Motels

I would argue it's one of the best songs of all time. Martha Davis remembers "Total Control" this way:

“I wrote the lyrics to be sung as a punk version before one of the brothers (Jeff?) wrote the chord progression and I slowed down the lyrics to match the chords. That’s why that song is so cool….it’s full of rage but it’s beautiful.”
