Well, the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, Queens, that is. Half a million bucks but still no retractable roof for Arthur Ashe? Doesn't make a lot of sense. But with $750 million in revenue to the city each U.S. Open, I guess it's really just a drop in the bucket. Read details HERE.
So ridiculous. The roof should be a priority, and the current Armstrong/Grandstand setup was the best part of that complex.
