So 'Sorry,' He Said

All I can say about Dharun Ravi's belated apology for what he did to Tyler Clementi is this: IT'S ABOUT FUCKING TIME. I never thought this kid should fry -- I just wanted him to say he was sorry.

Even the judge who gave him the ridiculously lenient sentence of 30 days was quoted as saying: "I heard this jury say guilty 288 times: 24 questions, 12 jurors, that's the multiplication. And I haven't heard you apologize once."

Read his asterisk-y apology HERE. (No, I'm not gonna split hairs. At least he finally apologized.)

Now he can have some mercy. I really think a person needs to take responsibility and apologize if they want people to be lenient. It's not too much to ask.

  3. Kenny, you linked the Ravi interview from March. Ravi's latest "apology" sucked. Sounds like it was written by his sleazy lawyer -- in a desperate appeal for public sympathy. His arrogant father's disgusting display of anger in court is probably closer to the way Ravi really feels.
