In one of the best non-Jon Stewart segments I've seen on "The Daily Show" in years, Al Madrigal reports on a proposed amendment to Oklahoma's anti-women "personhood" bill that would effectively outlaw male masturbation. Naturally, state Sen. Ralph Shortey has no problem with the state telling women what to do with their bodies, but takes umbrage with such government intrusion on men.
