I doubt there's actually any increased danger after 10 minutes have passed, but that's probably the point at which others members' looks just might kill.
As a former aerobics instructor, I can say that they'll probably be safe from the other members (dirty looks aside) unless they try to take a spot in the front of the room. Then all bets are off.
